The three men accused of killing Nadia Gehl will be in a Hamilton court on Monday.
Twenty-eight-year-old Gehl was shot while walking to a Kitchener bus stop in 2009.
Her husband, Ronald Cyr, Nashat Qahwash and Zdenek Zvolensky are charged with first degree murder.
The trial was moved from Kitchener to Hamilton, but a strict publication ban prevents us from reporting the reason why.
The trial is expected to last six weeks.
