Terri-Lynne McClintic made a video appearance in a Kitchener courtroom on Thursday. She's charged with assault causing bodily harm in connection to a fight at the Grand Valley Institution for Women in January.

McClintic is currently serving a life sentence after pleading guilty in the murder of Victoria Stafford.

At Michael Rafferty's murder trial, McClintic testified that on January 30th she kicked and stomped on another female inmate.

McClintic's lawyer Geoff Snow says he can't comment on how he thinks McClintic will respond to the assault charge. Snow wants the case to be adjourned for four weeks so they can decide how she will plea.
