A teenager in Guelph is facing child pornography charges after sending nude photos of her ex-boyfriend to his parents.

Guelph Police said a woman came to the police station in late November to report she had received texts containing nude photos of her 16-year-old son who had broken up with his girlfriend two days earlier.

Police said the photos were also sent to the boy’s father a few days later.

On Thursday, police arrested a 16-year-old Guelph girl and charged her with possessing child pornography, two counts of distributing child pornography and distributing intimate images without consent.
