A bizarre incident at a Kitchener apartment complex sent one person to hospital.
Around 8 p.m. Thursday, Waterloo Regional Police say, an adult man from Cambridge received hand injuries from an incident with a sword at the Lancaster Street apartment.
After leaving the apartment, the man contacted police from a nearby convenience store.
He was taken to Grand River Hospital, treated for his injuries and released.
No charges will be laid, police say.
