One driver was taken to hospital after a two-car crash Wednesday night near Ayr.
The crash occurred on Cedar Creek Road just east of Dumfries Road at about 7 p.m.
Police say a car driven by a Cambridge man was attempting to turn right into a driveway when it was hit from behind by an SUV, pushing the car into a tree.
The driver of the car was sent to hospital with serious leg injuries.
The driver of the SUV, a 22-year-old Cambridge man, was charged with careless driving. He was not injured.
