A Kitchener man was taken to hospital with a broken leg Saturday afternoon following a snowmobile crash.
The crash happened as the man was driving his snowmobile on a trail near Hutchison Road and Weimar Line in Wellsley Township.
Waterloo Regional Police say the man did not have a proper trail permit or insurance for the snowmobile.
The 39-year-old man faces a number of charges under the Motorized Snow Vehicles Act.
