Some chilling testimony from Dellen Millard’s former roommate at the Tim Bosma murder trial.

Millard and Mark Smich are accused of taking Bosma on a test drive in his truck, then killing him and disposing of his body.

Andrew Michalski says Millard talked about stealing a black truck in the days before Bosma disappeared.

Between November 2012 and January 2013, Michalski says he helped Millard search through Kijiji ads for a Dodge Ram. Millard wanted a black diesel truck capable of towing a trailer with a vehicle inside of it.

Michalski says Millard was looking through Kijiji ads again in May 2013 and allegedly asked: “Should I steal the truck from the ***hole or the nice guy?”

Michalski says he told Millard to “**** off” and commented that he didn’t think Millard needed to steal the truck.

Millard and Smich went for a test drive the next day, says Michalski.

He testified that Millard told him that “Mark Smich was sick” and that was their excuse for not stealing the truck.

Tim Bosma and his black truck disappeared the following Monday.

Michalski says Smich’s girlfriend starting asking unusual questions the next day.

Michalski sent a text to Millard on Tuesday morning.

“Marlena was worried about Mark… She called me at 6 in the morning asking where he was and if I knew where you [Millard] were.”

Michalski says he saw Millard later that day and Millard told him he got a truck.

That was the last time he saw Millard, testified Michalski.

The Friday after Bosma went missing, says Michalski, he received a call from Smich about Millard’s arrest.

Michalski says Smich told him to remove all the drugs from the house he shared with Millard.

It wasn’t until the next day that Michalski, watching the news, figured out that Millard’s arrest was linked to Bosma’s disappearance.

Michalski will continue his testimony on Wednesday.
