A trial date will be set in December for a man accused of murdering and dismembering the body of a Woodstock man.
Pre-trial motions were held Monday for John Douglas Robinson.
There is a publication ban on the proceedings.
Robinson is charged in the death of 26-year-old Clifford Fair.
Robinson was charged with first-degree murder and indignity to a human body in 2008.
