The Waterloo Regional Police Service is asking for public help to locate missing 16-year-old Adam Cadell.
The Waterloo teen was last seen on Monday in the Fairview Park Mall area of Kitchener and is believed to have been headed to Cambridge using Grand River Transit.
It is unclear where in Cambridge he was headed or if he made it to the city.
Cadell needs medication that he does not have with him.
