In the hopes of receiving key information from the public, Waterloo Regional Police have released surveillance footage of a suspect in the robbery of a Cambridge pharmacy.
Prescription pills were stolen from the Shoppers Drug Mart at 1500 King Street East on the afternoon of Dec. 14.
Security camera footage shows the robbery wearing a black toque, black and white scarf, checkered jacket and grey track pants.
Police say the man responsible for the theft is white and approximately 5’11” tall, with blue eyes and a stocky build.
The same man may also be behind a Christmas Eve robbery at the Preston Medical Pharmacy.
A similar method was utilized in that theft, and again drugs were taken from the store.
