Waterloo Regional Police made an unexpected find during a routine traffic stop on Thursday on Lancaster Street West.
After pulling over a 2008 Nissan Altima, police discovered 190 grams of cocaine in the car with a street value of $19,000.
A 28-year-old Kitchener man made a brief court appearance on Friday. He is being charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and driving with a suspended license.
