Police say some people were left without their medical oxygen supply after fraudulent sales in the Windsor-Essex area.
Essex OPP say a man used the company name of Medair to fraudulently sell medical oxygen purifiers, warranties and service packages.
Police say the man told customers their current medical oxygen provider had gone out of business and Medair was taking over the contracts.
Dennis Lee has been charged with fraud and theft offences.
Police are looking for any further victims of Mr. Lee.
