Oxford OPP are searching for a suspect after a bank robbery at an RBC branch on Main Street East in Otterville.
Police responded to the report around 1:30 p.m. Friday afternoon, in the small village northeast of Tillsonburg.
Police say a man entered the bank and demanded money, but no weapon was seen. He then ran from the building with an unknown amount of cash.
There are no reports of injuries.
The man is described as white, 5’6” to 6’ tall, 55 to 65 years old and heavy set. He has a white beard and was wearing a dark vinyl jacket, white V-neck, blue jeans and clear gloves.
The investigation continues, and anyone with information is asked to contact OPP. Anyone coming directly across a man with this description is asked to call 9-1-1.
