Ontario Provincial police say Sophie Proulx, 24, of Brantford was driving on Otterville road, east of Base line around 9:30 Friday night, when her car crossed into the path of another vehicle.
The Proulx died at the scene. The other driver was taken to Tillsonburg hospital with minor injuries.
Otterville Road between Base Line and Windham Line was closed untill around 1 a.m. Saturday morning until the police invesitgation was completed.
