WOODSTOCK, Ont. - A 40-year-old Tillsonburg man is facing 10 charges related to sexual assault and child pornography.
Provincial police have charged William John Krygsman as the result of an investigation that began in 2004.
Police say they've identified two alleged victims in the case.
The charges against Krygsman include making and possessing child porn, sexual assault, interference and invitation to sexual touching.
Krygsman was handed over to Canadian authorities on Tuesday after completing a nine-year sentence in the United States.
Krygsman was arrested in May 2004 by the FBI in Atlanta where he had arranged to meet a mother -- an undercover agent -- and her supposed prepubescent child.
