LONDON, Ont. -- A 17-year-old faces a charge of second-degree murder in the death of a man in London last night.

Police say 24-year-old Anthony Crone was stabbed around 10:20 p.m. outside an apartment complex (near Adelaide Street North and Huron Street) in the city's north end.

Investigators say Crone then staggered to the parking lot of a nearby convenience store, where he was found by emergency workers.

He was rushed to hospital where he died.

Police say a teenage male was arrested just before 5 a.m. this morning and charged with one count of second-degree murder.

He cannot be named under Canada's youth justice law.

The death is London's sixth homicide so far this year.
