Two men are facing charges following the discovery of an alleged large-scale marijuana grow-op in an industrial building in central Kitchener.

Waterloo Regional Police say they seized more than 5,000 marijuana plants from an industrial building on Stirling Avenue South, near Mill Street, on Thursday.

Also seized were about 90 kilograms of harvested marijuana.

A 58-year-old man from Vaughan and a 23-year-old man from Toronto face various drug-related charges.
