Eleven additional charges have been laid against a Guelph man in connection with various alleged historical sex assaults.
William Michael Smith, 53, was first charged in October with five counts of sexual assault, six counts of sexual interference and various other charges.
More charges were laid on two subsequent occasions, with the latest 11 bringing the total number of charges against him to 48.
In total, Smith is charged with 15 counts of sexual assault, 16 counts of sexual interference, three counts of invitation to sexual touching, four counts of mischief, and five counts apiece of making and possessing child pornography.
Police say all alleged victims in the case were known to Smith.
