LONDON, Ont. -- London police say an arrest has been made in the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old man on Oct. 7.
David Arbuckle was shot just after 7 p.m. on a sidewalk near Wellington and Hill streets.
Jacob Michael McPhee, 21, of London was arrested and charged on Friday.
McPhee is charged with first-degree murder, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace, and several other weapons counts.
Police said Arbuckle had been talking with two men when one of them pulled out a handgun and fired.
