Media representatives will be allowed into pretrial hearings in the murder trial of Dellen Millard and Mark Smich.
The two men are accused of killing Tim Bosma in the spring of 2013.
Bosma, a Hamilton resident, disappeared after taking two strangers for a test drive in a truck he was selling.
While the media can attend the pretrial hearings, the judge has ordered a publication ban, meaning nothing said during the hearings can be reported.
The pretrial motions are expected to be heard this fall, with the trial itself scheduled to start in January 2016.
Millard is also charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of his father and Toronto resident Laura Babcock.
