A minivan crashed into two hydro poles snapping them and causing the wires to fall across King Street in Waterloo in Saturday afternoon.
Hydro officials on scene a communication line and a support wire to a hydro wire across the street were knocked down.
The collision did not appear to cause any power outage in the area.
King Street from Central Street up to Elgin Street was closed for cleanup.
