LONDON, Ont. - A 42-year-old man has been charged in London, Ont., with sexual offences involving a seven-year-old girl.
Police made the arrest after a report that a man parked in a private lot on Saturday exposed himself to a girl after getting her to look into the car.
Daniel Swarath, of Sarnia, Ont., was arrested on Sunday.
Swarath is charged with invitation to sexual touching, exposing himself to a person under 16 and paying for the sexual services of a person under 18.
Police say Swarath did not know the girl.
