LONDON, Ont. - Police say murder charges against two men accused in a fatal shooting in London, Ont., have been upgraded.

Said Hadbai, 20, was gunned down in the city's core shortly after 2 a.m. on Dec. 27.

Jermaine Phillips, 18, and Drai O'Hara-Salmon, 19, were both charged with second-degree murder.

Phillips was also charged with several firearms offences.

Police say both men have now been charged with first-degree murder.

They are due in court Wednesday.
