LONDON, Ont. - Police in London, Ont., say they have charged an 18-year-old man in the shooting death of another man.
Jermaine Anthony Phillips of London is charged with one count of possession of a weapon for a purpose dangerous to the public peace.
Police say 20-year-old Said Hadbai of London was shot early Tuesday and an autopsy was performed at London Health Sciences Centre.
Investigators say they believe a large number of people were in the general vicinity of the shooting and are appealing to any witnesses to come forward with anything to help the investigation.
