LONDON, Ont. - Police have charged a London, Ont., man with murder in the slaying of a 31-year-old man in the southwestern Ontario city.
Vuong Van Tran, 27, was arrested Thursday and is charged with second-degree murder.
Police withdrew an earlier charge of conspiracy to commit robbery against the accused.
Duy Nan Nguyen was found dead in his home at 921 Railton Avenue last Friday.
Police declined to release any more details about the incident because they are still investigating.
The accused appeared in court Friday afternoon.
