London police say a 33-year-old cyclist who was found dead near Argyle Mall early Saturday was not the victim of a hit and run driver.
The investigation has revealed the man was riding a "home made" bicycle on the sidewalk.
Police say the bicycle hit the curb and broke, causing the man to fall to the ground.
Police have since identified the victim as 33-year-old Cormac McMenamin of London.
