LONDON, Ont. - A public meeting has been scheduled to talk about proposed changes to London's nuisance bylaw in the wake of the St. Patrick's Day riot.

London council's public safety committee will be available at the meeting on April 6th to hear from residents who may want to express their concerns and make suggestions.

It's going to be held at the London Convention Centre because of the large number of people expected to attend.

The actual proposed bylaw won't be available on the city's website until Wednesday.

Coun. Joe Swan says the city doesn't want to infringe on people's rights, but wants to make sure big gatherings of people can be managed.

At least 15 people are facing charges arising from the riot that left property and 22 police cars damaged.
