Waterloo Regional Police have released security camera images of three suspects wanted in the robbery of Ben Moss Jewellers at the Fairview Park Mall on Wednesday.

Around 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 15, three males entered the store wearing disguises that covered their faces and bodies.

Police say they walked to the back of the store, smashed display cases and removed an undisclosed amount of jewelry.

They then fled in a light-coloured minivan, possibly silver or grey in colour.

A similar vehicle was used following a robbery at a Cashmax location on Weber Street East in Kitchener, and police say they are looking into whether the same suspects could be involved.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Waterloo Regional Police at 519-653-7700 Ext 4499 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
