A Brant County OPP officer had “a full cup of hot tea” thrown in his face by a driver he had pulled over, police say.
According to the OPP, the officer pulled the driver over on Blossom Avenue – just outside Brantford – last week after tracking her vehicle at more than 120 km/h.
That speed represents more than triple the speed limit, as Blossom is in a 40 km/h zone.
A 48-year-old woman from Norfolk County now faces charges of assaulting police and racing.
