CENTRAL HURON, Ont. -- Provincial police have blocked off a large area in a rural municipality in southwestern Ontario and residents are being advised to lock their windows and doors.
The situation began Saturday night in Clinton, a community in Central Huron, with police setting up a mobile command post.
Police were not confirming their presence Sunday but there are reports from citizens that a manhunt is underway.
Cruisers are blocking off a number of roads in the area.
