Ontario Provincial Police say they stopped a vehicle after it was locked on radar travelling in excess of 150 km/h in Guelph.
It happened on Feb 26 on the Hanlon Expressway. OPP say the posted speed limit is 80 km/h.
Police have charged a 19-year-old from Elora with racing.
