A Stratford man operating a business south of Brantford is accused of never fully delivering heating and cooling appliances or hot tubs that had been ordered through his company.

Norfolk County OPP say the allegations against the 45-year-old man involve complaints made to police between June 2014 and Aug. 2016.

They say some of the items purchased from the man’s company were never more than partially delivered, while others didn’t show up at all.

The man was arrested Thursday. Police say his company was based in Villa Nova, a small community located northwest of Jarvis.

In total, the man faces four counts of fraud over $5,000 and four counts of fraud under $5,000.

Police say they believe there may be other victims in the case, and want to hear from anyone who may fit that description.
