Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a suspect after four separate robberies were reported Monday night, all within about 15 minutes.
According to police the victims were approached in different parking lots, with one robbery taking place at University Avenue and King Street, and three others in the University Avenue and Weber Street area.
A weapon was reportedly seen in at least one of the robberies.
A suspect was arrested shortly before 10:00 p.m. near Columbia and Weber Streets.
A hand gun was later located a short distance from where the suspect was arrested by the K-9 team.
No one was injured in the robberies.
