Ontario Provincial Police have identified the two men killed in Monday morning’s fatal collision near Seaforth, Ontario.  They are 52 year old Brian Crawford from Stratford and 29 year old Bradley Crawford, also from Stratford.  Police say they were father and son.

On Monday morning, Huron County OPP, Seaforth Fire Department and Huron County Paramedics responded to a two vehicle crash just before 10:00am at the intersection of Perth Road 180 and Bridge Road.

Police report that an International feed truck was travelling southbound on Perth Road 180 when it collided with a Buick Rendezvous SUV that was travelling westbound on Line 39/Bridge Road.

Brian Crawford was driving the SUV and Bradley Crawford was a passenger.  They were both pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the feed truck, a 42 year old male from Brodhagen, Ontario, was transported to Stratford General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Officers from the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Team have determined the driver of the Rendezvous failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection.

The Huron County OPP detachment is interested in speaking with anyone who may have information regarding this collision or the events leading up to it.

A post-mortem examination of the two deceased will be completed at London Health Sciences Centre.
