Car slides off road, hits tree near Ayr

Police say a vehicle lost control on a slick road and ended up hitting a tree Thursday night.

The crash happened shortly after 8 p.m. on Pinehurst Road in Brant County.

According to the OPP, the driver of the car was not hurt and no charges will be laid.

Police say drivers should remember to adjust their behaviour during snow and other inclement weather.
