Brant County resident charged in child sexual exploitation investigation

A person from Brant County has been charged as part of a joint police investigation into child sexual exploitation.
The Ontario Provincial Police, Toronto Police Service, Brantford Police Service and several international policing partners worked together on a “prolonged investigation.”
On Dec. 4, a search warrant was executed at a Brant County home and electronic devices were seized.
A 35-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with making child pornography, possession of child pornography, making child pornography available, accessing child pornography, sexual assault and sexual interference.
