Police in Hamilton say a 25-year-old man is in custody following the stabbing of a 53-year-old man.
Investigators say the stabbing occurred Friday morning on Market Street.
They say the victim suffered serious stab wounds, but is in stable condition after undergoing surgery.
Police say the suspect was arrested nearby, but there's no word on charges.
