On July 21, police were called to a physical altercation in Waterloo.
It occurred approximately 11:30 p.m. on University Avenue East near Regina Street.
A 26-year-old male was treated at hospital and released for a non-life threatening stab wound.
The unknown suspect is described as black, five feet eight inches tall with a skinny build.
He was wearing dark clothing at the time.
