A Barrie lawyer says he's happy that he spent $5,300 on a used toilet from the Toronto Maple Leafs' former dressing room.

Jim Vigmond bought the unusual item at an auction yesterday.

It was one of more than 100 times up for sale from Maple Leaf Gardens, which was home to the NHL team until 1999.

Fifty-five-year-old Vigmond says he was willing to spend up to 10 thousand dollars for it.
