Armed with a search warrant and expecting to find drugs, Waterloo Regional made their way into a downtown Kitchener commercial building Thursday morning.
Shortly after 7 a.m., multiple police vehicles were seen outside 63 Courtland Avenue East.
Two men and one woman were taken into custody.
Charges are pending.
