The case of suspended Const. Andrew Robson has been remanded until August after a scheduled court appearance Monday.

Robson faces drug-related charges, including two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of theft under $5,000 and one count of breach of trust.

The Crown attorney alleges Robson was in possession of marijuana that he seized while on duty.

Robson, a six-year member of the force, was charged in November 2010 and suspended from duty.

The case has been pushed back to allow Robson to consult his new lawyer.
