Police are asking the public for help solving the case of the stolen ukuleles.
Four of the instruments were stolen early Thursday morning from a vehicle parked on High Street in Clinton.
According to Huron County OPP, the ukuleles were left in the back seat of an unlocked vehicle. All four were brand new acoustic-electric hybrids, in their original packaging and accompanied by black carrying cases.
Investigators believe whoever stole the instruments will be looking to sell them.
“If you are approached with a great deal on some ukuleles, consider them stolen until proven otherwise,” police warned in a press release.
