Two Cambridge residents and two Waterloo residents are splitting a combined $4.5 million thanks to lottery wins.
The Dec. 20 Lotto 6/49 draw saw Andrew Graham and Alexandra Fontaine, both Cambridge residents, take home a prize of $2.5 million.
According to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp, the veteran lottery players had bought their ticket with winnings from a different lottery.
The couple – who bought their ticket at a Little Short Stop store on Dundas Street – plan to use the money to retire and buy a new home.
Lisa and Jonathan Cunningham of Waterloo also won big in recent weeks.
They bought an Instant $200 Million Extraordinaire ticket at a Little Short Stop store on Bridge Street, and ended up winning $2 million.
