Officials estimate as much as $70,000 in damage was done by an early-morning fire in Tillsonburg.
Oxford County OPP were called to the fire, at a three-storey apartment building on Lisgar Avenue, shortly before 2 a.m. Friday.
Approximately 40 people were evacuated from the 18-unit building.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to a ground-level apartment and extinguish it.
The Ontario Fire Marshal was called in to help determine the cause of the fire.
No injuries were reported.
