The suspects may not be the same, but residents in three local cities are on edge following reports of flashers over the past week.

Waterloo Regional Police received their first report last Friday.

Around 9:30 a.m. that day, a woman was walking down Norman Street in south Waterloo when a car pulled over and asked her for directions.

As the woman approached the car, she allegedly saw the man touching himself inappropriately and walked away without incident.

The man, who drove away, is described as approximately 25 years old and of East Indian descent.

He was driving a grey car that may have been a two-door Honda Accord.

The second incident occurred Tuesday on Preston Parkway in Cambridge.

Police say multiple people saw a white man, approximately 25 years old, exposing himself around 1 p.m.

The suspect in this case is described as having dark hair and wearing a blue jacket and jeans, with a black backpack.

The most recent incident took place Wednesday in Guelph.

According to Guelph Police, a woman was walking on Vancouver Drive east of the city’s downtown around 8:45 a.m. when she too was approached by the driver of a vehicle.

The man asked the woman for directions – and as she made her way to the car, she could see the man exposing and touching himself inappropriately.

Police describe the man in this case as white and in his mid- to late 20s, unshaven with short brown hair.

He was wearing a striped T-shirt, jeans and black sunglasses, and driving a silver four-door vehicle that may have been a Volkswagen Golf hatchback.
