The men’s hockey program at the University of Waterloo has landed a top recruit with Colin Behenna joining the team this fall.

The 21-year-old is a Waterloo native and he returns home to play OUA hockey after spending four seasons with the Barrie Colts in the OHL.

Behenna served as the Colts captain last season, scoring 26 goals and picking up 48 assists.

Behenna is enrolled in the Math-Business Administration program and he says Waterloo is the best fit for hockey and his education.

The Warriors begin their season Thursday, October 11th against the Laurier Golden Hawks.
