Here is a list of the Remembrance Day Ceremonies in Waterloo Region and beyond:

WATERLOO

Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 530: The parade begins at 9:45 a.m., marching to the Waterloo Cenotaph on Regina Street (next to City Hall) for a ceremony at 10:15 a.m. A moment of silence will be observed at 11 a.m. There will be an event at the Legion afterwards.

KITCHENER

Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 50 (Fred Gies): The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. and runs from Young St., along King St., and up Frederick St. to the Cenotaph. There is also a Remembrance Day ceremony at the Kitchener Cenotaph (corner of Frederick and Duke Streets).

CAMBRIDGE

Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 121 (Galt): The parade begins at 9:45 a.m. from the Legion Hall (4 Veteran’s Way). Services start 10:30 a.m. at the Galt Cenotaph at Queen’s Square. There will also be a march back to the Legion.

Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 272 (Hespeler): A service begins at 10:30 a.m. at the Tannery and Queen St. Cenotaph, followed by a reception at the Schofield Street Legion Hall.

Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 126 (Preston): The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. at the Legion Hall (Westminster Dr. and Margaret St.). It will continue down Westminster Drive to King Street and Argyle Street to the Cenotaph. The parade will return along Argyle Street, then Duke Street and Westminster Drive. There is also a Remembrance Day Banquet at 5 p.m.

BRANTFORD

A Remembrance Day service will be held at 10 a.m. at the Brantford Armouries/Cenotaph.

WILMOT TOWNSHIP (NEW HAMBURG)

Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 532: The parade begins at 1:30 p.m. at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home (291 Huron St.), with a 2 p.m. service at the New Hamburg Arena (Boullie Street).
