Oxford County OPP say they have concluded the investigation into the death of Jessica Rowe of Drumbo. After investigating evidence obtained by police, along with information from the post-mortem examination, police have ruled out foul play in her death.
The 31-year-old Drumbo woman was reported missing on August 6 after she failed to show up for work. She was just weeks away from celebrating her birthday, her son’s first birthday and her wedding.
She was found dead in her car west of Paris on Canning Road.
