Police have released an image of a man who a man who allegedly exposed himself and performed an indecent act in Waterloo last week.
They say a woman was leaving her workplace on Westmount Road near Erb Street when she noticed the man in a nearby bush area.
He is described as being of Indian descent, 5’8” tall, clean shaven and likely in his late teens or early 20s.
Police say he has dark brown eyes and a thin, lanky build, and was seen wearing a white T-shirt, a black hoodie and shiny black athletic shorts.
His hair is described as black, wavy, gelled back on the top and trimmed short on the sides.
