Waterloo Regional Police have located a Kitchener male who exposed himself last week on a trail in St. Jacobs.
Police say the man was riding a bicycle and flashed a woman walking along the Mill Run Trail, near Front and Isabella last Tuesday morning.
Police have been searching the community trails between St. Jacobs and Three Bridges Road since the woman reported the incident.
A 73-year-old Kitchener male was arrested and charged with two counts of committing an indecent act.
